We offer Professional & Business Liability coverage through TDIC that is endorsed by the Alaska Dental Society.
Employment Practices Liability coverage is an optional coverage under the Professional Liability policy.
Unlike most insurance policies available to dentists, the TDIC professional liability policy is a participating policy. This type of policy enables the return of unused premiums (those not needed for such purposes as claims expenses, operations or capital growth) in the form of policyholder dividends whenever claims experience is especially favorable. While no insurance carrier can guarantee dividends, TDIC has paid them every year since 1989, and has returned more than $42.5 million in this way.
